Up House
CSRE Group transformed a former Farmington hotel into Up House, a 224-unit apartment community. Former guest rooms were converted into modern apartments with full kitchens, while the hotel’s common areas were reimagined to offer an extensive collection of resident amenities, including indoor and outdoor pools, a fitness center, indoor pickleball courts, a golf simulator, and a welcoming resident lounge.

Packard West Hartford
Originally built in 1925, Packard West Hartford was restored to its former grandeur while preserving the character of its historic architecture. CSRE Group revitalized the building with extensive improvements to its lobby, common areas, and apartment interiors, introducing modern kitchens, updated finishes, and new amenities including a fitness center and coffee bar. The result is a refreshed apartment community that combines modern conveniences with the building’s distinctive vintage charm.
